Returns & Refund Policy

At PocketLock, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Items purchased directly from PocketLock may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, less any original shipping, handling, or applicable fees.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in good condition

  • Items must include the original order slip

  • Items must not show signs of excessive use or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Amazon Orders

If you purchased your item through Amazon.com, your return must be processed in accordance with Amazon’s return policies. Please initiate your return directly through your Amazon account.


Return Instructions

To return item(s) purchased directly from PocketLock:

  1. Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return, along with the original order slip.

  2. Ship the return package to the address below:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and delivery confirmation. PocketLock is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit or marked as delivered without confirmation.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be issued. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
